Comfortable beds and AC. Nice and helpful staff. Easy to go to Manhattan. Good breakfast while being limited (toasts, bagels, muffin, cereals and waffle maker).

Cold shower water for 3 family members in my room. Front desk offered $30 compensation (10%) of $300+ that I paid. NO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. $30 Is good for a breakfast, but we paid $300+ for a comfortable room and ability to shower and maintain our hygiene. I deserve a 50% refund. How can 3 people have cold water to shower!!!!!

The location is 4 streets away from the subway station. However we had to take the luggage up and down the stairs. It was a surprise to us. Anyway, it is not too far and too difficult.

It's a 7 min walk from the subway that'll bring you straight into Manhattan, it's a comfortable walk that didn't feel dodgey at all. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable

The staff was friendly and offered rides to the airport. A/c in rooms definitely worked! Perfect if your just staying for 1 night and flying out of La Guarda airport. the location is in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Large window was also a plus. Lift was fast enough and not very busy at peak times (building is not tiny). Subway station is nearby.
